How it works.

I will send you a personalized link to apply at home partners.com; an approval is given with the maximum monthly rental amount.

Upon approval we work together to find you a home; to view available properties visit homepartners.com.

Once the home is chosen Home Partners purchases the home in cash and enters into a one year lease with you that is renewable for up to five years. Home Partners provides the tenant the yearly rental and yearly purchase price for the next five years upon the execution of the contract.

The resident can buy the home at a pre-determined price anytime within that five year timeframe.
